Our Story
The Waterhole Saloon has been a staple of Reed Point since 1975.
The minute you walk through the front door, you’re a friend.
We encourage you to leave your mark like those before you who have traditionally pounded spare change into the log beams, nailed their license plate to the ceiling, or posed for a picture that’s framed and on the wall.
Take your time and soak in all the items hung, nailed, stapled, or mounted throughout the saloon and restaurant.
It ain’t fancy, but it’s authentic Montana.

Waterhole Carnivore
In Montana, we like our meat. Salads are what our food eats (think about that for a second). The Carnivore includes pepperoni, sausage, ground beef, bacon crumbles, and Canadian bacon.
Waterhole Supreme
Everything on the Waterhole Carnivore plus mushrooms, onions, green peppers, black olives. Okay, so we caved and put a bit of salad fixin’s on this one.
Hawaiian
Okay, okay…not really Montana in nature, but we heard tell of this pizza, tried it, liked it, and thought we’d give you a tropical vacation on a crust with the combo of Canadian bacon and pineapple.
Gary COOP-er
An homage to a beloved Montana native, we offer this specialty pizza made with alfredo sauce, mozzarella, secretly seasoned chicken breast, sliced tomato, and fresh basil.
